About Us

In 2008, I began my career as a health caregiver in hospitals, nursing homes, assistance living facilities, as well as in private home care. I also cared for patients with dementia MS, ALS, strokes, etc.. One of my patient I helped for more than four years, and we became very close. After he passed away, I dedicated myself to help others who needed special care. I decided to open my own business, and train other caregivers in the way I wanted my clients to be treated. That was the beginning of Inhomerelationcare.

Our health caregivers’ background is vigorously checked for licensing, registration, training certificates, and criminal background. Our screening interview process involves a discussion of various healthcare, social circumstances, and personal care issues the applicant has encountered. We evaluate how the applicant acted in those situations to determine if their approach was similar to my own. We believe this screening process results in a highly sensitive and caring staff to help our clients with personal care, daily activities including companionship, light housekeeping activities, medication reminders, transfer responsibilities, meal prep, etc.

Our approach to providing excellent caregiver services reflects the feedback we receive from our clients and their families. We listen carefully to their cultural concerns and values, and work toward assuring that the caregiver we assign understand and respect that input. Our process provides a high level of comfort and confidence for the client and their families.
